Dome/bullet cameras are fully covered under warranty in the event they are to display distorted images or have night vision malfunctions.

Dome/bullet cameras are fully covered under warranty should they break weather seals around housing due to normal wear and tear within 5 year period.

Technical support is included for the life of the system and is available Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

NVR/DVR recording equipment is capable of receiving free software updates for the duration of 5 year warranty.

Lost/forgotten passwords are not stored and are solely clients responsibility. Password resets are not covered under warranty.

Equipment comes with 5 year warranty to cover failure of said equipment but to exclude damage from acts of nature, theft or vandalism.  Warranty is maintained by ensuring to receive 6 month system checks to monitor overall health of system and taking any preventive measures by detecting any issues that may arise from system errors and logs.  Warranty shall only be maintained while client ensures 6 months checks are up to date.  It is the clients responsibility to call and schedule free 6 month checks.

Installed equipment and security deposits for installation dates and custom ordered equipment is non-refundable.

Digiguard  is unable to guarantee the life of the system hard disk due to various factors including: power outages, brown outs or improper use/storage of equipment.  Disconnected cabling or changes in internet service providers is not covered under warranty.  Remote viewing abilities due to changing of tablets/phones/computers is not covered under warranty.
